Meagan sees the world through the eyes of a storyteller and with the mind of an editor.
A graduate of the Christian Writers Guild, Meagan spent four years under the mentorship of award-winning authors. She writes historical fiction based mainly in the late-19th century, using her pen to delve into the past and put characters there. She has been published on CBN.com, Devozine, Christian Fiction Online Magazine, and more, and was also a finalist for the 2013 First Impressions contest.
She formerly served as editor for the flash fiction magazine Splickety Magazine, and as a freelance editor, she enjoys the opportunity to help fellow word lovers strengthen their writing.
Meagan lives in the Black Hills of South Dakota where she works part of the week at her church and the rest behind her laptop. She can always be bribed away from work by a walk, a cup of coffee, an invite to the movie theater, or just a chance to talk about life, faith, or writing.
